I think Gurgaon can top the list, being raised in Delhi I know it’s way too cheaper than gurgaon (Gurgaon is 3times more expensive). I have lived in Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Bangalore too. Mumbai has rents on higher side compared to Gurgaon but otherwise be it food, or travel gurgaon is a quite more expensive than Mumbai.
