But now in 2022, as the world is slowly reopening, those who have been fully vaccinated can travel to most of the world without any hassle. Many countries do not allow unvaccinated tourists to enter their nations. But still, there are some foreign destinations that unvaccinated travelers can visit freely.

But in this article, I am going to tell you about the countries where unvaccinated tourists can visit and stay without quarantine and any other hassle. Here you will find everything about the nations allowing travel without a vaccine.

Following is a list of 20 countries where unvaccinated tourists can visit and stay without any hassle.

1. Mexico

Traveling to the United Mexican States is as easy as it was in the pre-covid time. Mexico’s borders are open for everyone, whether they are vaccinated or not. More than this, travelers are also not required to show a negative PCR test on arrival in the country. Also, there are no quarantine restrictions in the country.

2. Norway

On 12 February 2022, Norway authorities lifted all travel restrictions upon entry into the country. Norway is one of the first countries in the world to revert all Covid-19-related entry requirements. Norway is open to all tourists from all over the world.

3. El Salvador

Going to El Salvador is now very simple, there are no tests, no quarantines, and no health forms required to visit the country. Unvaccinated tourists can enter, roam, and stay in El Salvador freely.

4. Greece

Greece, officially known as the Hellenic Republic is now open for tourism from unvaccinated tourists around the globe. But it is still compulsory to provide a negative PCR test report issued within 72 hours of arrival or proof of a negative Covid-19 rapid antigen test from an authorized lab, taken within the 24 hours before your arrival.

5. Portugal

Portugal is one of the few European Union countries that are open for unvaccinated tourists as long as they can prove they don’t have coronavirus when they enter the country. All passengers are required to provide either a 24-hour antigen test or a 72-hour PCR test report on arrival.

6. Cyprus

Cyprus, a beautiful island country situated in the Mediterranean Sea has now opened its border for tourism from unvaccinated travelers only if they can provide proof of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours before departure or an antigen test taken in the 24 hours before departure. Another PCR test will happen upon arrival at the airport.

7. The United Kingdom

On the 18th of March 2022, the United Kingdom government decided to remove all entry requirements, even the double-testing for unvaccinated passengers. Now, those without a vaccine can enter England like it was in 2019, with no tests or forms required.

8. Croatia

Croatia is a major tourism-friendly country situated at the crossroads of Central and Southeast Europe. Travel restrictions in Croatia are relatively low as compared to other European countries. Unvaccinated travelers are allowed to enter Croatia if they have evidence of a negative PCR test issued within 72 hours of arrival or an Antigen test issued within 24 hours of arrival.

9. U.A.E

The United Arab Emirates has opened its borders to unvaccinated travelers. According to the country’s latest travel rules now you do not have to be fully vaccinated to visit the U.A.E. However a 72-hour negative PCR test is required for entry.

10. Jamaica

The Caribbean island nation, Jamaica has now eased travel rules for travelers willing to visit the nation. Jamaica allows unvaccinated travelers to visit and enjoy a carefree island vacation. However, passengers must provide a negative antigen or PCR test, taken no longer than 72 hours before arrival.

11. Turkey

Unvaccinated travelers can now visit Turkey with some mandatory rules to follow. Passengers are required to provide a negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before entry, or rapid antigen test taken no more than 48 hours before entry, or proof of a recent recovery from COVID-19 within the last six months.

12. Ireland

Anyone can now visit the European island nation, Ireland regardless of their vaccination status. Ireland authorities have ended all Covid-19-related entry requirements in March 2022.

13. The Maldives

On 14 March 2022, the Maldives government lifted all its entry requirements for foreign travelers. Now unvaccinated travelers can visit the beautiful islands of Maldives without any hassle. Also wearing a face mask is no longer mandatory in the island country.

14. Sweden

Right now, unvaccinated European Union citizens are allowed to enter Sweden. There is currently an entry ban in place for unvaccinated non-European Union citizens. However, from the 1st of April 2022, unvaccinated travelers from all around the world will be able to enter Sweden. But it will be mandatory for everyone to show proof of a negative PCR or antigen test.

15. Egypt

The Arab Republic of Egypt has now started welcoming unvaccinated travelers to visit the country. But there are some compulsory rules to follow such as all travelers are required to complete a declaration form before entering Egypt. Providing evidence of a negative PCR test taken within 96 hours before arrival is a must for unvaccinated passengers.

16. Iceland

No test forms or quarantines are now required to enter Iceland. On 25 February 2022, the Iceland government lifted all Covid-19-related travel restrictions from travelers all around the world. Iceland is now open to everyone, regardless of their vaccination status.

17. Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka is now open for unvaccinated tourists but showing proof of a negative PCR test, or a negative lateral flow test is compulsory for all passengers. Unvaccinated travelers will need to stay in a ‘Tourism Bio Bubble’ for seven days after arrival, although visiting approved tourist sites will be allowed.

18. South Africa

South Africa is one of the first nations in Africa to allow unvaccinated travelers into the country. But all travelers must need to provide evidence of a negative PCR test on arrival. Wearing a face mask in public places is a mandatory rule in South Africa.

19. Tanzania

Tanzania is an East African country known as the home of Africa’s highest mountain, Kilimanjaro, and wildlife-rich national parks such as the Serengeti. The country has opened its borders for unvaccinated travelers only on the condition that either they will bring a 96-hour negative test, or be tested on arrival.

20. Romania

The southeastern European country, Romania ended all entry restrictions for international travelers on March 9, 2022. Now it is extremely easy to visit Romania as it was in the pre-covid time.
