Recently I visited the Great India Place in Noida city of Uttar Pradesh. The Great India Place is a shopping & entertainment mall famously known as the GIP Mall located in Sector 38A of Noida. Here is my tour experience of the GIP Mall.

A few days before I and my friend went for a boy’s day out and we chose the Great India Place as our hang-out spot. GIP is a popular mall in Noida and is widely considered one of the biggest shopping malls in India.

My Review of Great India Place (GIP) Mall Noida Uttar Pradesh

The Great India Place is indeed a big mall having a lot of showrooms, food joints, international brand outlets, PVR cinemas, etc. One can easily find salons, food courts, movies, clothes, fashion accessories, electronics items, grocery shops, and much more in GIP Mall.

However, after the COVID-19 pandemic and the opening of some new malls in Noida, it looks like the GIP Mall is on the verge of dying. Most of the famous restaurants, eating joints, shopping stores, and activity hubs are already shut down in the mall. The lights inside the mall look dim and the décor looks lifeless.

A few years ago, The Great India Place used to be one of the finest places to hang out in Noida. Now the mall has lost most of its charm. The GIP Mall was opened in the year 2007 which makes it one of the oldest shopping malls in Noida.

How to Reach GIP Mall in Noida Sector 38A

It is very easy to reach Great India Place as it is situated in a very prime location in Noida. The GIP Mall is located in Noida Sector 38A, very near to Noida Sector 18 on the Ashok Marg.

Nearest Metro Station to GIP Mall: Noida Sector 18 Metro Station is the nearest metro station to Great India Place. The travel distance between the GIP Mall and Noida Sector 18 metro station is around 1 kilometer.

Entry Fee & Timings of GIP Mall Noida

Opening Time: 11:00 AM
Closing Time: 10:00 PM

The GIP Mall is open all days of the week and there is no entry fee.
