The Birla Sun Temple is located at Residency Rd, Near Birla Hospital, Morar, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. It is very easy to reach Sun Temple in Gwalior city because the temple location is so prime and well connected to all the other parts of the city. Below is the important information about the travel distance and the time taken to reach the Sun Temple from some of the main locations of Gwalior city.
The distance between Sun Temple and Gwalior railway station is 5 KMs.
The approximate travel time from Gwalior railway station to Sun Temple is 5 to 10 minutes.
The distance between Birlanagar railway station and Sun Temple is 4 Kms.
The approximate travel time from Birlanagar railway station to Sun Temple is 6 to 8 minutes.
The travel distance of Sun Temple from Gole Ka Mandir Gwalior is 2 Kms.
The approximate travel time from Gole Ka Mandir to Sun Temple is 3 to 5 minutes.
The distance between Sun Temple and Gwalior Bus Stand is 5 KMs.
The approximate travel time from Gwalior Bus Stand to Sun Temple is 5 to 10 minutes.
Now suppose that you are at Gwalior railway station and you want to go to Sun Temple then there are two best ways to reach the temple.
First, you can easily book a cab or auto and leave for the temple from the railway station. The cab driver will charge you around Rs. 50 to 100/- for the Sun Temple from the Gwalior railway station and the travel time should be between 5 to 8 minutes.
The second option is to go to Sun Temple by any public transport vehicle/ sharing autos. There are many rikshaws, and Vikram-autos going to the Sun Temple location back to back.
