1. Fully Vaccinated People Can Visit Dubai From 30th August 2021
UAE government has released a statement saying that travelers from any country who have taken complete two doses of the Coronavirus vaccine can visit the country without any restrictions. The United Arab Emirates announced in the latest notification that it will resume issuing visas to all tourists fully vaccinated against Coronavirus.
The official WAM news agency reported on Saturday that UAE will be open to travel from 30 August to all fully vaccinated people with one of the WHO-approved COVID-19 vaccines, which include AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Moderna, Pfizer/ BioNTech, Sinopharm, and Sinovac. People vaccinated from Covaxin or Covisheild will not be considered vaccinated in UAE as of now.
“The decision applies to travelers of all nations, including those arriving from previously banned countries,” WAM said. “Passengers arriving on tourist visas must take a mandatory PCR test at the airport,” it added.
2. DGCA India Extends Ban On International Flight Till September 30
The government of India, Office of the Director-General of Civil Aviation has released a notification regarding the Travel and Visa restrictions related to Covid-19 which said that the ban on international flights has been extended till September 30.
